Admission Application Process (Registration Forms will be available through Online Only)

  1. Registration Open Online only for Admission for class 6 for the Academic year 2024-25 at St. Karen’s High School, Gola Road Patna.

  2. The cost of the Registration Form is Rupees 1000 (Non-Refundable).

Photostat copies of the following are to be attached with the Application Form.

-  Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation or Panchayat.

-  Proof of Residence [anyone]:

(A) Ration Card (B) Election Id(C) Current Landline Telephone Bill (D) Current Electricity Bill

(E) Aadhaar Card

-  Photocopy of the school Identity Card of the sibling studying in St. Karen ’sHigh School and photocopy of the

report card of the previous class.

-  Caste Certificate if (SC, ST, OBC For statistical purpose only).

The age criteria for class areas follows:

 

                                                                                   

  1. Candidates will be required to appear in the Proficiency and Aptitude assessment on the specified date as given at the time of submission of the form.

  2. Bring all the original documents on the day of admission as and informed by the school office.

  3. It is Mandatory for both the parents to come to the school on the assigned date or as informed.

  4. Forms to be strictly submitted by the parents only.

  5. Parents are requested to keep themselves free for the time slot of admission given by school office and take 1 hour extra in hand for maintaining any kind of delay on the date of admission.

  6. It is the responsibility of the parents to see that the Application Form is complete in all respects.

  7. Two recent passport size and one stamp size photo of the candidate and two passport size family photos [Father, Mother and Candidate] must be brought along with the application Form on the day of admission.

  8. All documents submitted at any time will become the property of the school and will not be returned.

  9. Selection of the candidate will be done by a committee. Any recommendation, use of influence [direct or indirect], offer of donation etc. will lead to the cancellation of the Application form/Admission of the candidate.

  10. If selected, admission must be taken within the time given for admission. Thereafter the candidate may forfeit the chance for admission.

  11. Preference will be given to the candidates of the following categories who fulfils the other eligibility criteria for admission:
    Christian Candidates, Ex-Karenite’s children, siblings of students studying in St. Karen’sHigh School and students of the neighborhood.

  12. In the course of a student’s tenure in the School or at the time of admission, should it come to light that a parent has concealed the fact that the child is suffering from any physical or mental disability or communicable and contagious disease or any serious aliment, then the School reserves the right to cancel the admission or to order the withdrawal of such a student.

  13. Kindly go through the admission procedure carefully before applying.

  14. Selection list will be displayed on school’s notice board and on the website. 

  15. Parents/ Guardians are fully responsible to arrange transportation of their child/ward to and from school either personally or by an authorised person.

FEE INSTRUCTION:

  •  Fees are to be paid in six installments.

  • 1st installment will be charged at the time of admission. Payment will be accepted by way of Cash or Card Payment.

  • From the 2nd installments all fees thereafter for all classes shall be collected through Online (through e-Care App) or in the bank also in addition to Cash and Card (At School Fee Counter).

Transport Facility:
You are requested/recommended to Kindly contact M/S Ganesh Ram Utility Services (Private Agency) for availing the transport facility for your ward.

 

DISCLAIMER CLAUSE ON ADMISSION:

Fraudsters have sought to defraud prospective parents by claiming – falsely – that they can influence the entry of a child to St. Karen’s High School.  All prospective parents should understand that:

  1. Admission will be granted on provisional basis till final submission of Original Board Mark Sheet and Transfer Certificate.

  2. The admission criteria should stand fulfilled in the result declared by the board.

  3. Availing of the Application Form and registering the candidate does not guarantee admission to St. Karen’s High School.

  4. The management reserves the right to deny admission to any candidate without assigning any reason and no claim will be entertained in this regard.

  5. St. Karen’s High School admission process is strictly managed and in line with the values and ethos of St. Karen’s High School.

  6. Any attempt to subvert the admissions process must be notified to St. Karen’s High School in writing or by email to :contact@stkarenshighschool.com immediately. This includes anyone claiming influence or requesting payment to influence the admissions process, whether or not they are associated in any way to St. Karen’s High School.  Any parent failing to inform St. Karen’s High School of any attempt to subvert the admissions process will lead to their child’s name being struck off of the waiting list and – in the case of a child already in school – could lead to the child/children being removed from school.
